Service Guarantee

We provide licensed transport and experienced guides. While we strive to follow every itinerary, we reserve the right to alter routes due to weather, road closures, or safety concerns.

Passenger Conduct

For the safety of all guests and our drivers, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an unsafe or illegal manner.

Liability

While we maintain full insurance and a 100% safety record, NZ Tours and Taxi is not liable for personal loss or injury beyond our legal requirements under NZ law. We strongly recommend travelers have their own travel insurance.

Pricing

All prices are in NZD. "From" prices are subject to seasonal changes and vehicle availability.
